Production Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations within a dynamic factory environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, supervising assembly line activities, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. Oversee assembly line operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of production targets. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed. Manage warehouse activities related to raw materials and finished goods, including forklift operation for material handling. Train and mentor team members on proper use of equipment, safety procedures, and manufacturing best practices. Monitor production metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by conducting regular inspections and maintaining accurate documentation. Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule equipment servicing and minimize downtime. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation of materials used in assembly processes. Support the onboarding of new staff members by providing comprehensive training on factory procedures. Qualifications Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment, with a strong understanding of assembly line operations. Prior warehouse experience with forklift operation is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment and hand/power tools. Familiarity with factory safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Hands-on experience with assembly processes and the use of hand tools or power tools. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and process management. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Basic understanding of inventory management systems is advantageous.
