Job Description
Production Supervisor (3rd Shift) Western WI | Dairy Manufacturing | Immediate Need We're partnering with a well-established dairy manufacturing facility in the Western WI area that is looking to add a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to their team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading teams, and driving production, quality, and safety in a fast-paced environment. 💥 What You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams to drive shift performance
- Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, BRC, and food safety standards
- Oversee daily operations across production areas including butter processing and intake
- Coordinate staffing and schedules to meet production demands
- Review production and sanitation records for accuracy and compliance
- Partner with leadership (Plant Manager, QA, Maintenance) to resolve issues in real time
- Support audits, SOP updates, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Approve timecards, manage attendance, and maintain accountability on the floor 🎯 What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of leadership experience in dairy manufacturing
- People leadership skills — coaching, accountability, and communication
- Solid understanding of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
- Experience with systems like SAP, Excel, or production tracking tools is a plus 💰 Compensation & Benefits
- $68K - $82K base salary
