Food Production Supervisor

## Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in New London, WI. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our food production facility, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. If you have a passion for food production and a knack for leading teams, we want to hear from you! ## Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily food production activities to ensure efficient operations. Monitor production processes and implement quality control measures to maintain product standards. Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and performance. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production schedules and inventory management. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity. Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in food science or related field is a plus. Proven experience in food production or manufacturing, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
