Position Summary As the Production Supervisor you will work on the production floor with your team, coordinating daily production activities including setup and operation of machines, training employees in equipment operations, supervising team members, and assisting the production manager with other assigned duties.

• Monitor and participate in daily activities of production while maintaining quality standards
• Maintain open levels of communication with employees at all levels of the organization
• Resolve personnel problems by investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action
• Responsible for any other duties as assigned What You'll Bring
• Previous food manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Previous leadership experience
• Trouble-shooting, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• A safety-mindset with the ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and work in a drug and alcohol free environment
