SHIFT PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a 2 nd Shift Production Associate for a company based in Alabaster , AL . In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee and assist with the full production of Automotive glass. Pay Rate $ 15 . 95 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Sunday , 3 00 p m to 3 00 a m. Overtime schedule Monday through Friday, 3 00 pm to 11 00 pm. Regular schedule 2 nd Shift Production Associate Duties and Responsibilities- Working on production line assembling glass or components for glass.
- Applying primer and silicone to glass
- Operating machinery as needed depending on the department you are in.
- Closely always follow safety reg ulations and guidelines , including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and securing loads properly. 2 nd Shift Production Associate Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be available to work the regular and the overtime schedule of up to 7 days a week and 12 hour shifts.
- A strong commitment to regular attendance and punctuality, as scheduled shifts are essential to business needs.
- Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and operating instructions to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Physical strength and stamina to lift and move loads safely that are up to 25 pounds.
