What You'll Do As a Paint Line Utility Operator, you'll play an important role in supporting our paint line production by: Hanging parts onto the paint line for processing. Removing finished parts from the paint line and stacking them on pallets. Inspecting painted parts for quality, proper paint coverage, and damage. Maintaining accurate production records and completing required paperwork. Operating safely while working with paints, chemicals, solvents, and lubricants. Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe. Following all company safety, quality, and production procedures. Assisting with other duties as needed. Opportunity to train and advance into a Paintline Painter position. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Minimum of a 10th-grade education. No prior experience required—we provide training! Physical Requirements This position is physically active and requires applicants to: Stand for the majority of a 10-hour shift. Frequently walk, bend, stoop, and reach overhead.

Lift and carry:

Up to 10 lbs. continuously. 10-20 lbs. frequently. Up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Work in temperatures ranging from approximately 60°F to 115°F , depending on the season.
