Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting daily production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shifts available:
Monday through Friday 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM What's the Job? Schedule and perform cutting, sorting, and stacking of wood materials according to production specifications. Assemble pallets using hand tools, power tools, and nail guns to meet quality standards. Inspect finished pallets to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to all safety procedures. Support other production-related tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations. What's Needed? Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly. Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Strong work ethic, reliability, and keen attention to detail.
