This is a hands-on position with paid on-the-job training, overtime opportunities, consistent Monday-Friday hours, and a clear path to full-time employment and higher pay. 💰 Pay Progression Start at $17.00/hour Increase to $19.20/hour after successfully completing the temporary period and transitioning to full-time employment Progress to $20.21/hour with continued advancement as a full-time employee Overtime opportunities available 🕐 Schedule Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM 1-hour lunch break Overtime may be required based on production needs Employees are typically notified around 1:00 PM when overtime will be needed Overtime shifts can result in workdays of 8-12 hours 🔨 What You'll Do Assist with daily production in the Precast department Move and handle materials throughout the facility Use basic hand tools and production equipment Follow work instructions and production schedules Keep your work area clean and organized Assist in different areas of production as needed Operate a forklift when needed — approximately 10-15% of the job Follow all safety procedures and required PPE guidelines Skills and Experience 👍 What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable attendance Ability to work in a physically active manufacturing environment Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Comfortable using basic hand tools Ability to work overtime when required Comfortable working in hot environments Metatarsal Steel Toe Boots are
