- DAY & NIGHT SHIFT Production Workers We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Production Workers.
Available Position Production Worker Pay:
Night Shift:
$15.50 per hour /Day Shift:
$15:00 per hourShifts:
Night Shift:
6:00 PM- 6:00
AM Day Shift :
6:00AM- 6:00
PM Schedule:
Rotating 12-hour shifts (2-2-3 schedule)Location :
Opelika, AL Job Summary Production Workers support the debunk and inspection areas by stacking and wiping work-in-process (WIP) trays, managing scrap materials, assisting with packing, and helping maintain a clean, efficient production environment. Key Responsibilities Stack, wipe, and organize trays on dollies Remove scrap materials safely and efficiently Assist with packing finished products Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications Prior production or manufacturing experience required Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds Strong work ethic with attention to detail and teamwork skills Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends Benefits and Opportunities Dynamic manufacturing environment Hands-on experience with production processes Opportunities for career advancementBenefits Include:
