Shift:
Monday - Friday, 6:00am To 3:30pm $15.50/Hour Job Details Our client is seeking a dependable and hardworking Stamping Helper to join their manufacturing team in Conway, AR. The Stamping Helper will support daily production operations by feeding metal parts into stamping machinery, removing completed parts, inspecting products, and keeping the work area clean and safe. Key Responsibilities Feed metal parts into stamping machinery safely and efficiently. Remove completed stamped parts from the machine and place them into designated baskets or crates. Inspect finished parts for obvious defects or quality issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines. Maintain a steady production pace while working as part of a team. Follow instructions from supervisors and production leads. Perform other general production duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required. Dependable and willing to work as part of a team.
