Second Shift Production Team

Open Positions:

Line Leader The "captain" of the production line. You will oversee a small team to ensure production targets are met, quality is maintained, and safety protocols are followed.

Key Skills:

Leadership experience, problem-solving, and basic reporting. Machine Operator Responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting the machinery that pours, wicks, and labels our candles.

Key Skills:

Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to follow technical manuals. Quality Control (QC) Technician The final set of eyes. You will inspect candles for scent consistency, glass integrity, and label placement to ensure only the best reaches our customers.

Key Skills:

High attention to detail, ability to use measuring tools, and documentation skills. Forklift Operator / Material Handler Keeping the flow moving. You'll move raw materials (wax, glass, fragrance) to the lines and transport finished pallets to the warehouse for shipping.

Key Skills:

Current forklift certification (or willingness to train) and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
