Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Brake Press & Plasma Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining brake press machines and plasma cutting equipment to produce precise metal components. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor brake press machines, plasma cutters, and other forming or cutting equipment to produce accurate metal parts Interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and shop math Program CNC laser cutting, plasma cutting and other CNC equipment Perform routine maintenance on machinery Measure finished components using precision measurement instruments Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects or deviations from specifications Maintain detailed records Experience Proven experience Strong understanding of CNC programming languages and setup procedures Mechanical knowledge Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately Familiarity with measuring instruments Prior experience working with sheet metal fabrication processes including tooling setup and assembly is preferred If you feel you are qualified, call us at 501-943-8015 and send your resume to Resume@RegroupStaffing.com
