September 14, 2026 Metal Production Prairie Grove, AR Starting at $16 / per hour Full time Apply Now Back Job Description We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our metal production team. This position involves preparing and handling materials throughout the galvanizing process while following safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities:

Tie or assist with tying materials onto racks using wire or chain for safe movement through the galvanizing process. Prepare materials for pickling tanks using wire, rope, racks, and other tooling according to established training methods. Operate and visually inspect forklifts, cranes, and tooling before use to ensure equipment is safe and in proper working condition. Rack, unrack, and clean materials as directed. Inspect finished materials for sags, runs, drips, bare spots, and other quality issues and report concerns to management. May be trained to use a torch to dry materials before hot-dip galvanizing. May clean materials using a grinder, file, or brush according to customer specifications. Safely lift and handle materials weighing 50+ pounds.

Requirements:

Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 50+ pounds. Must follow all safety and training procedures. Must be able to pass a drug screen PPE required: Steel-toe boots

1st

Shift:

Monday-Saturday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM — $16.00/hour 2nd

Shift:
