Job Description

Industrial Siloam Springs, AR 1st Shift $16.50/Hour Job Details As a Machine Operator, you play a crucial role in our production process. Responsible for operating machinery and ensuring the efficient and safe manufacturing of products, you will contribute to meeting customer demands and exceeding expectations. Key Responsibilities

Utilize provided resources such as raw materials, manufacturing equipment, and tools to build, cure, process, package, and ship products to customers on time.

Follow instructions carefully, both oral and written, to execute tasks accurately and efficiently.

Monitor operating conditions by observing and interpreting instructions, gauges, dials, etc., to ensure optimal machine performance.

Prioritize safety by continuously observing conditions to ensure the safety of yourself and fellow employees.

Demonstrate basic math skills to perform measurements and calculations as required.

Adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment and deliver high-quality products on time.

Collaborate with team members to support the team approach to manufacturing and achieve common goals.

Uphold a high level of responsibility and accountability for personal performance and the performance of the team.

Qualifications

Good communication skills, both oral and written, to understand and carry out instructions effectively.

Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions accurately.

Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations.

Strong observational skills to monitor operating conditions and ensure safety.

Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to supporting the team approach to manufacturing.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand on concrete continuously during operation.

Perform bending, stooping, twisting, stepping up and down, pushing, pulling, and reaching frequently.

Lift and move objects weighing up to fifty pounds (50 lbs.).

Wear personal protective equipment as needed, including protective clothing, safety glasses, safety shoes, and hearing protection.

Shifts may vary from eight (8) to twelve (12) hours, and overtime work schedules may be required.
