This operational role focused on the systems and processes that keep our packaging lines running efficiently. The right person will understand how accurate material counts, system transactions, yields, documentation, labor decisions, and communication affect purchasing, scheduling, cost, customer commitments, and the overall business. This position works closely with the Packaging Supervisor, Inventory Manager, Quality, Scheduling, Production, and Shipping. Responsibilities Coordinate daily priorities for staff, line priorities, workflow and changeovers with the Packaging Supervisor. Maintain accurate Fishbowl inventory and production transactions Reconcile physical counts with Fishbowl and production records. Verify component requirements and accurate work-order closeout. Monitor production output, labor, downtime, waste, rework, and efficiency. Investigate recurring problems and help implement corrective actions. Train employees and reinforce procedures, quality standards, and accountability. Communicate material shortages, equipment issues, staffing needs, and schedule risks. Safely operate a forklift and assist with material movement as needed. Qualifications At least one year of manufacturing, packaging, production, or warehouse experience. Previous lead or team-coordination experience. Experience with inventory control systems. Strong math, computer, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability and willingness to work primarily on the production floor. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish. Forklift experience or certification. Experience in a cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
