Mill Operator

We are seeking a dependable Mill Operator who takes pride in producing quality work and doing things the right way. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate and monitor mill equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload materials and inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met Read and follow work orders, measurements, and production specifications Perform basic machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and shop standards Qualifications Previous experience in a mill, manufacturing, or production environment preferred but not required Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and develop new skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team Comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop environment Physical Demands Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and handling of materials and equipment Manual dexterity required to operate machinery and tools safely
