We're looking for motivated, dependable team players to join our production team! As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in manufacturing high-quality windows and doors (fenestration products) in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Your daily tasks may vary, keeping your role dynamic and engaging based on business needs.

$17.65
Hours:
5am - 3pm What You'll Do Assemble door units, frames, hardware, and related components according to work orders and specifications. Install hinges, locks, handles, weather stripping, glass inserts, and other door accessories. Measure and verify materials to ensure proper fit and alignment. Operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and customer requirements. Read and interpret work orders, production schedules, and assembly instructions. Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and housekeeping standards. Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or quality concerns to supervisors. Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing experience is a plus Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed Basic math skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. occasionally (waist level) and 30 lbs. at shoulder level Push/pull up to 70 lbs. occasionally Perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods (up to 12-hour shifts) Frequent reaching, occasional bending, kneeling, or squatting Comfortable working in a moderate to loud environment with seasonal temperature changes Why Join Us?
