Training provided. 1099 Contractor. Ability to work Night Shift This position requires employees to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule. Employees will work 3 days during one week and 4 days the following week , for an average of 42 hours per week over a two-week period. The schedule may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed. We are seeking a detail-oriented and Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating industrial equipment efficiently and safely, ensuring products meet quality standards through precise measurements and troubleshooting. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and technical skills are essential for success. Responsibilities Operate and monitor various industrial machinery to ensure smooth production processes. Conduct dimensional measurements to verify that products meet specified tolerances and quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with industrial equipment promptly to minimize downtime. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery as required. Record production data accurately and report any discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to supervisors. Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to promote a safe working environment. Requirements Minimal experience required. Training provided. Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role preferred. Ability to perform precise dimensional measurements using appropriate tools. Basic mechanical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions quickly. Good attention to detail with a focus on quality control. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for operating machinery and handling materials safely. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus.
