Full Job Description Who We Are:

Headquartered in Jersey City, New Jersey, Lotto.com is the first digital platform for ordering official state lottery draw and scratch games on both mobile and web-based platforms. Lotto.com helps the lottery contribute incremental funds to state-run programs across education, parks, emergency responders, veterans' health, and other important services. With a customer base exceeding 4 million, we are currently available in eleven states, with ambitious plans to extend our presence to more states in the near future.

The Opportunity:

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and conducting daily lottery ticket production. You will follow our operational procedures to ensure the accurate processing of all online lottery ticket sales. Your Impact & Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of fulfillment processes and tasks, both under direction and self directed Anticipate, identify, and resolve issues that arise as a result of lottery ticket fulfillment Communicate with operations staff onsite to resolve technological issues Follow opening and closing procedures for the assigned work area. Maintain all location equipment, ensuring it remains in good working condition. Troubleshoot basic technical issues. Adhere to established operating procedures to maintain quality and consistency. Ensure production needs are met within designated timeframes Assist with special projects as required. Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time performing sedentary to moderate activities.
