Duties Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently, including power tools Interpret production documents, technical drawings, and work instructions to assemble components accurately Use measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure product quality standards are met Conduct manual handling tasks Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with safety standards in production Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements based on manufacturing best practices Requirements Manufacturing facility experience with an understanding of safety standards in production environments is preferred. Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, hand tools, power tools, and interpreting technical drawings Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality control procedures to ensure precise assembly Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques Mechanical knowledge is preferred. Manual handling skills combined with the ability to follow detailed instructions and production documentation accurately Experience with soldering is preferred.
