This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in organization and cleanliness, and is interested in learning skilled manufacturing trades over time. No prior shop experience is required. We provide training, written procedures, and clear expectations. Our goal is to develop reliable entry-level employees into higher-skilled roles when they show the interest and ability to do so. We actively promote from within. When an employee advances, we backfill the entry-level position—creating a clear path for growth rather than a dead-end role. What You'll Do This role supports day-to-day shop operations and production.

Responsibilities include:

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shop environment Organizing tools, equipment, and materials Following written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for: Basic machine cleaning and maintenance Shop organization and safety tasks Assisting with general production and shop operations Performing basic punch press operation (training provided) Supporting senior staff as needed to keep jobs moving efficiently This is hands-on work in a machine shop environment. Attention to detail, consistency, and reliability are critical. Growth & Advancement This position is designed as a starting point .

What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Willing to follow written procedures and instructions Comfortable working in a hands-on shop environment Able to lift up to 40-50 lbs occasionally Basic mechanical interest is a plus, but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn No prior manufacturing experience required.

Pay:

$19.50 - $21.00 per hour
