YellowLetterHQ is looking for a 2nd Shift Digital Print Operator to join our growing direct mail production team. We're looking for someone who is energetic, dependable, sharp, and ready to work. This is a hands-on production position where the pace can change quickly, priorities can shift, and keeping jobs moving matters. If you're the type of person who sees something that needs to be done and takes care of it rather than waiting to be asked , you'll fit in well here. No prior printing experience? That's okay — we'll train you. We'll teach you how to operate our Ricoh and Kyocera production equipment, understand our workflow, and build the skills needed to succeed in digital print production. Already have printing, manufacturing, mechanical, or production experience? Even better. We're looking for people who want to learn, stay productive, solve problems, and grow with the company. What You'll Do Operate digital production equipment during 2nd shift while keeping jobs moving efficiently and on schedule Set up, calibrate, and operate Ricoh and Kyocera production printers according to job specifications Monitor print quality and quickly identify issues such as color variation, registration problems, streaks, jams, or other defects Make adjustments and troubleshoot problems to keep production moving and minimize downtime Keep accurate production logs and monitor machine performance Prioritize work and respond quickly when production needs change Work closely with the team to hit daily production goals Assist with finishing, mail preparation, and basic bindery tasks as needed Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Take ownership of your equipment, your work, and the quality of what leaves your area The Person We're Looking For We're looking for someone who likes to stay moving and gets satisfaction from getting things done. You don't need to know everything about printing on day one. What matters is how you approach the work.
