This is a cross-trained production position where you'll learn both machine operation and media cutting. Your work may vary based on production needs. Pay Starting at $18.00/hour After successfully completing required training, you may be eligible to increase to $20.00/hour . Schedule Full-Time | Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM Four-day workweek with Fridays off. What You'll Do Operate production machinery after training. Measure, cut, and prepare production materials. Read work orders, schedules, and job specifications. Set up machines and perform routine checks. Inspect, label, and stage completed materials. Move and prepare materials using approved equipment when trained. Maintain accurate production records. Report quality, material, or equipment issues. Follow safety procedures and keep your work area clean. What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable. Willing to learn and work with different equipment. Comfortable using a tape measure and basic measurements. Able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working on your feet in a manufacturing environment. Manufacturing, machine operation, mechanical, or material-handling experience is a plus, but not required. Physical Requirements This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, repetitive measuring/cutting/handling, and lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling materials up to 50 pounds . Employees must be able to work safely around machinery, noise, dust, and other typical manufacturing conditions while wearing required PPE.
