JOB DESCRIPTION
Pink Sparrow is seeking a detail-oriented Print Coordinator to streamline our print production workflow from initial intake to final dispatch. In this role, you will bridge the gap between design, project management, and fabrication by managing intake data, generating accurate estimates, tracking jobs across the shop floor, and ensuring seamless final packing and documentation. Departmental Responsibilities Receive print specs and asset lists from Design and Project Management teams; input and convert job requirements into formal estimates using the department's print management software. Track active jobs through each stage of production, maintaining clear communication across teams regarding schedules, turnaround times, and status updates. Flag potential delays or issues early. Coordinate directly with the Production Graphic Designer and Print Operator to help resolve asset issues, clarify specifications, and keep queue priorities on schedule. Maintain continuous quality control throughout departmental intake and production. Assist in final packing, ensuring that all physical print assets are paired with accurate packing lists and comprehensive installation guides. Organizational Alignment & Accountability Actively support company-wide initiatives, operational improvements, and strategic growth efforts as Pink Sparrow continues to evolve. Uphold all company policies, safety standards, and production best practices, contributing to a disciplined, accountable, and high-performing environment. Demonstrate flexibility, ownership, and a team-first mindset by taking on additional responsibilities as needed to ensure successful project execution and overall company performance.
The ideal candidate will have:
1-3 years in print production coordination, print project management, or pre-press admin within a fast-paced print shop, scenic design studio, or fabrication environment. Experience with print MIS/estimating platforms. Proficient in Google Drive and using Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledgeable in print substrates. Exceptional organization skills with a sharp eye for detail in specifications, dimensions, and file types. Ability to read shop drawings and build blueprints. Clear, proactive communication style capable of balancing priorities across creative, technical, and management teams. Willingness to assist in the shop environment with material handling, packing, and final quality checks.
Pay:
$32.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
