Manufacturing Associate Encadria Staffing Solutions - 3.7 Costa Mesa, CA Job Details Temp-to-hire 1 day ago Qualifications Record keeping Spreadsheets Word embeddings Soldering tools Manufacturing standard operating procedures Manufacturing facility experience Microscope proficiency Microscopic quality analysis Optical microscopy Productivity software Standard operating procedures (SOPs) Production documentation Full Job Description Duties and Responsibilities In this role you will be responsible for assembly, labeling cables, packaging, in-process testing, operation of basic hand tools and operation of assigned production/manufacturing. This role is long term temporary for at least 3 months. The shift is 1:30PM-10PM Monday - Friday. Use a variety of hand tools and electronic equipment such as rulers, scales, micrometers, calipers and similar items Comply with all safety requirements including manufacturing practices and procedures, standard operating procedures and manufacturing documentation Use a microscope as needed to support assembly and inspection activities Interpret, read and follow work instructions and engineering drawings Record process documentation Prep, strip, tin, crimp and solder medical cables in a bench-top assembly environment Basic Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment. Manual dexterity to work with small parts. Minimum of 6 months of soldering experience with small parts. Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions. Ability to use a microscope. Ability to perform effectively in a continuous manufacturing environment. Ability to complete paperwork accurately and legibly without repetitive mistakes. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
