You will work closely with product samples and cross-functional teams while building valuable exposure to apparel operations and the potential for long-term growth. Contract to hire 40 Hours a week Location Irvine - Onsite 5 days a week $21-$25/hr. Sample Coordinator We are seeking a reliable, organized Sample Coordinator to support a busy and fast-paced team in Irvine. The Sample Coordinator will organize, steam, and maintain apparel samples while supporting accurate data entry and tracking in Excel and Google Sheets. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, local, and comfortable working on site five days per week. Key Responsibilities Organize, steam, and maintain apparel samples for internal team use. Complete data entry and maintain accurate sample inventory information in Excel and Google Sheets. Support day-to-day sample coordination needs during a high-volume season. Maintain an organized workspace and ensure samples are handled with care. Collaborate with the team to keep priorities moving quickly and efficiently. Qualifications 6 months -2 years of experience in inventory, retail, sample coordination, or a related environment; apparel experience is a strong plus. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a dependable work ethic. Proficiency in Excel is required; experience with Google Sheets is also needed. NetSuite or Oracle experience is a plus, but not required. Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Must be available to work on site in Irvine, CA, five days per week.
