Line Leader Quanta Computer - 3.4 Fremont, CA Job Details Full-time $28 - $30 an hour 5 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications English High school diploma or GED Assembly Manufacturing facility experience Manual handling Full Job Description Responsibilities Assign Operators to specified job tasks Ensure work area is safe and inform Supervisor of any unsafe condition or work practice Monitor that operators are working in a safe manner Insure operators are following job SOP's Work with ME's to increase the skill level of the operators through training Utilize Customer software to monitor status of RMA repairs and troubleshooting Inform Supervisor/ME of any issues or required changes of SOP Work with ME to perform scheduled tool/fixture calibrations and PM's. Check all work stations for correct/complete parts, consumables , fixtures and tools Remove any outdated consumables and transfer to Materials Control Keep work stations clean and organized to 5S standards. Update any 5S activities as necessary or as assigned Communicate to crew and ensure completion of daily goals Communicate daily work status of build at end of shift each day to PM and Supervisor Monitor and record cycle times assigned by Supervisor and/or ME Notify ME and Supervisor of any quality issues during build Move all MRB parts/subs/assemblies to specified MRB location. These MRB parts should contain part number(s), quantity, issue causing MRB Complete other duties as assigned by the Supervisor Education, Skills, and Experience High School Graduate Able to read/write English language Manufacturing and Assembly Experience Physical Demands and Working Conditions Ability to lift 40 pounds Controlled environment manufacturing facility Class 10
