As a Production Line Lead, you will: Assign and coordinate operators to designated job tasks while ensuring daily production goals are met. Promote a safe work environment by monitoring safe work practices and reporting unsafe conditions to management. Ensure operators follow SOPs and provide training support to improve skill levels in partnership with Manufacturing Engineers (MEs). Monitor production activities, including RMA repair status, cycle times, quality issues, and daily build progress, and communicate updates to supervisors and project managers. Maintain workstations by verifying parts, tools, fixtures, consumables, calibrations, preventive maintenance, and adherence to 5S standards. Manage nonconforming material (MRB), remove outdated consumables, and coordinate process improvements or SOP updates with supervisors and MEs. This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity!

The ideal candidate will have:

High school diploma Ability to read and write English Ability to lift 40 pounds Experience in 10k cleanroom

Pay Rate:

$27.00 - $28.00 per hour DOE
