Job Description
Job Summary No Experience Required - Training Provided We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Production Worker to join our production department in Fresno, California. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, responsible, dependable, willing to learn, and has a positive attitude. The employee will work in our food production area processing and preparing peanuts, snacks, and other food products according to company procedures and food safety standards. Responsibilities Assist with the production and processing of peanuts and snack products. Operate basic production equipment after receiving proper training. Follow recipes, production procedures, and work instructions. Measure, prepare, process, and package food products as assigned. Maintain a clean and organized production area. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures. Check products for quality and proper packaging. Assist with loading, unloading, and moving ingredients or finished products when needed. Work safely and efficiently as part of a team. Follow instructions from the Production Supervisor or Lead. Perform other production duties as assigned. Requirements No previous food production experience required. Must be willing to learn and receive training. Dependable and punctual. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Able to follow instructions and established procedures. Able to work well with others. Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks during the workday. Able to lift and move materials as required by the position. We are looking for someone who: Wants to work and grow with the company . Shows up on time and has good attendance. Takes their job seriously. Learns quickly. Pays attention to detail. Follows safety and food handling procedures. You do not need previous experience working with peanuts, snacks, or food production. Our team will train you on our equipment, production processes, sanitation procedures, food safety requirements, and company standards.
