Overview We are seeking a versatile and dependable individual to join our team as a Sheet Metal Worker. This role involves a variety of tasks that support the manufacturing and shipping processes, with responsibilities shifting based on daily needs and workload. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, physically capable of lifting at least 50 pounds, and willing to perform different duties such as packing, deburring, hardware installation, and other related tasks. Responsibilities Assist in shipping operations by packing parts efficiently and securely for delivery Perform deburring on sheet metal components to ensure quality and safety standards are met Install hardware on sheet metal parts as required, following specifications and instructions Support various tasks depending on daily workload, including but not limited to assembly assistance, material handling, or other production-related activities Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Lift and move materials or equipment weighing at least 50 pounds safely and responsibly Collaborate with team members to complete tasks accurately and on time Requirements Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly without assistance Flexibility to perform a range of tasks depending on the workload, including packing, deburring, hardware installation, or other duties as assigned Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Physical stamina and capability to stand, bend, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift Prior experience in sheet metal work is not required but helpful; willingness to learn new skills is essential This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment that values adaptability and teamwork.
