Duties:
- Utilize hand tools and other equipment to polish and deburr molds
- Inspect finished molds for quality and accuracy
- Make adjustments and repairs to molds as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Mold polisher or manual machining experience a plus
- Able to work standing up for long periods of time
- Able to lift 50 lbs and operate forklifts
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and their proper use
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mold issues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
