We pride ourselves in our quality which makes our Mold Finishing Department very important. We are small business of 10-25 employees. If you are an individual that takes pride in detail work and is efficient at it in regard to deburring, polishing and fitting components together please contact us. Experience in welding is a plus. Experience around a general practice machine shop using saws, grinders, Bridgeport machine is a plus too.

Duties:

• Utilize hand tools and other equipment to polish and deburr molds
• Inspect finished molds for quality and accuracy
• Make adjustments and repairs to molds as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Mold polisher or manual machining experience a plus
• Able to work standing up for long periods of time
• Able to lift 50 lbs and operate forklifts
• Strong knowledge of hand tools and their proper use
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mold issues
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
