Jurupa Valley, CA Pay Rate:
$16.90 - $17.90 per hourSchedule:
Monday - Saturday | 5 am to 1:30 pm | 1:30 pm to 10 pm Real Work. Real Pay. Real Fast. The role involves material handling / Cooking; mix vegetables and rice in skillets as part of food processing and will provide support to the Production Team, pack product/food into pouches, and run through the "rice-pack machine" Job Duties Measure the amount of product or weights of filled containers to ensure conformance to specifications Provide product ready to be packaged to the roll stocks, repacks, Cryobac Operators to keep production running at all times Must ensure that pouches are properly sealed. Cook product in accordance with the company's cooking specifications Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations. A Production Associate contributes to manufacturing by performing a variety of production responsibilities that support efficient operations and quality products. This position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely throughout every shift. The Production Associate supports manufacturing through product assembly, inspection, packaging, material handling, and adherence to production procedures while maintaining quality and workplace safety.
