• clean room attire, including shoe covers or work shoes, face mask, gloves (ear plugs, safety glasses optional).
• Monitor daily production progress, work pace, downtime, and output to ensure work is progressing as planned.
• Serve as a cross-trained backup operator for Mixing, Capsule, Tablet, and Coating when staffing shortages occur.
• Monitor setup, cleaning, and changeover activities and identify delays or issues requiring follow-up.
• Review MBRs and production records for completeness and accuracy before further review. Maintain floor-level records, including downtime, daily output, temperature/humidity logs, and production labels.
• Coordinate routine floor activities and provide first-level support for production issues and equipment troubleshooting.
• Support operator training and consistent execution of established procedures and work practices.
• Escalate production delays, quality concerns, equipment issues, or other significant problems to the Supervisor.
• The following experience and skills are desirable but not all are mandatory requirements: Hands-on manufacturing experience in a GMP-regulated production environment.
• Strong working knowledge of production equipment, setup, cleaning and routine troubleshooting.
• Experience with production documentation, MBRs, GDP, and routine manufacturing records.
• Ability to become qualified and provide operator coverage across Capsule, Tablet, and Coating operations.
• Ability to monitor production progress, recognize delays or abnormal conditions, and communicate issues promptly.
• Experience training or supporting operators and coordinating day-to-day floor activities.
• Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Ability to read, comprehend, write simple instructions. Ability to add, subtract two-digit numbers, divide with 10's and 100's (using weight, measurement and volume). Misc.: Wear clean room PPE as required.
