Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Setup Operator for our second shift to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for preparing and configuring machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production runs. Your expertise will help us maintain high-quality standards, optimize efficiency, and uphold safety protocols.
Duties :
Set up, calibrate, and adjust manufacturing equipment according to production specifications Perform routine equipment checks and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime Assist with changeovers between product runs, including cleaning, part replacement, and equipment reconfiguration Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements Document setup procedures, equipment issues, and maintenance activities accurately and timely Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve equipment or process related issues Maintain clean and organized work areas, adhering to cGMP and sanitation standards Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions or deviations from SOP's to supervisor promptly Other duties as assigned
Experience :
Previous experience in manufacturing, production or equipment setup is a plus
Bilingual:
English/Spanish Working knowledge of mechanical systems and basic troubleshooting skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks Join our team as a Setup Operator - 2nd Shift and become an essential part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment where innovation meets precision. $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
