Production Operator Responsibilities:

Setup and Operation:

Prepare machines by cleaning, calibrating, and loading raw materials to start production cycles.

Monitoring:

Watch equipment during operation to maintain proper speed, output, and accuracy.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished parts using measuring tools like calipers or gauges to spot flaws.

Maintenance:

Perform basic cleaning, routine checks, and minor adjustments to prevent breakdowns.

Safety and Logging:

Follow all health and safety rules, wear protective gear, and record production data in daily logs. Production Operator Requirements Must know how to operate the sit down forklift 1-3 years working with production and manufacturing equipment. Basic math, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read a production computer.

Physical requirements:
