We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our warehouse and manufacturing team. This role focuses on packaging and preparing bottled soap products for shipment while also supporting general warehouse and equipment setup tasks. The work is hands-on and repetitive at times, and because we are a smaller, fast-growing company, flexibility and a willingness to jump between tasks is essential. Responsibilities Fill, cap, seal, and label soap bottles using production equipment Pack finished products into boxes and palletize completed orders Move materials and finished goods using a pallet jack Perform basic equipment setup and adjustments using hand tools Assist with general warehouse tasks (inventory, supplies, organization) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Rotate between tasks and workstations as needed Qualifications Prior warehouse or production experience preferred Comfortable using a pallet jack Basic hand tool knowledge required (Allen wrenches, screwdrivers, sockets, wrenches) Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment Able to lift and move boxes up to approximately 40 lbs Reliable, punctual, and willing to wear multiple hats in a small team What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule (approximately 30 hours per week) Typical hours: 9:00am - 4:00pm Healthy, casual, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding company How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed with a brief description of your warehouse, production, or hands-on work experience.
