Skincare Chef Description:
Hand-makes natural skincare products as a part of our product manufacturing team. Works hard to keep up with a quick production pace, ensuring that products are made, packaged, and labeled in a timely manner. Works diligently with exceptional attention to detail and maintains a positive attitude at all times.
Responsibilities:
Efficiency Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods, working in a space that lacks climate control, or lifting objects with an established maximum weight. Ability to follow directions accurately. Attention to detail and organization skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Time management skill Good technical and mechanical skills Must be able to follow recipes without error Develop a sense of what each ingredient should smell, and feel and detect any potential imbalances prior to adding each one to a batch. Assist with labeling products (by machine and by hand) as needed. Communicate ingredient or packaging needs when necessary. Clean up after oneself and others during and at the end of each shift, maintaining a clean workspace Maintains a safe work environment in manufacturing areas Additional responsibilities as deemed necessary and reasonable

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
