Employees will assist with basic production, packaging, inspection, and material-handling tasks while following company procedures and safety guidelines. Machine Operator / Production Worker Responsibilities Assist with daily production and manufacturing tasks. Package and label finished products. Inspect products for quality and report any issues. Assist with placing materials and products on the production line. Keep the work area clean and organized. Follow safety and production procedures. Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors. Perform other general production duties as assigned. Read and interpret drawings, technical data, and work instructions Inspect parts and assemblies using precision measuring tools Remove and replace defective components based on repair criteria Perform troubleshooting, testing, and functional checks Use flushing, pressure testing, and borescope equipment as required Perform structural sheet metal repairs when needed Install assemblies while maintaining required tolerances and specifications Verify completed work meets quality and airworthiness requirements Plan and prioritize work to meet production schedules Complete required documentation accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all company, customer, and regulatory requirements Support continuous improvement efforts and help the team succeed Machine Operator / Production Worker Requirements Reliable and dependable attendance. Ability to work comfortably around strong scents, such as fruity or minty smells. Comfortable wearing required PPE, including an apron, hairnet, mask, gloves, and other protective equipment. Ability to follow instructions and learn new tasks. Good attention to detail. Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials as required for the position. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
