Job Description

Sewing & Production Associate Location:
Ontario, CA Pay:
Starting at $17.50/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30

Required before hiring We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Sewing & Production Associate to join a manufacturing team that specializes in producing police badges and related law-enforcement products . This position involves sewing and assisting with the production of badge-related products and materials. Previous sewing experience is preferred , especially experience working with industrial sewing machines, leather, fabric, or similar materials. However, we are willing to train the right candidate who is dependable, willing to learn, and interested in building a long-term career with the company. Responsibilities Operate sewing machines to stitch and assemble products according to specifications. Sew badge-related products and materials with attention to detail and accuracy. Work with different fabrics, leather, and other production materials. Inspect finished products to ensure proper stitching, appearance, and quality. Follow production instructions and specifications. Measure, position, and align materials before sewing. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety and production procedures. Assist with other production tasks as needed. Work efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy. Learn new sewing techniques and production processes through company training. Qualifications Previous sewing experience is preferred , but not required. Experience with leather, upholstery, textiles, or industrial sewing is a plus. Ability to learn how to operate sewing equipment safely and correctly. Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. Ability to follow instructions and production specifications. Dependable and punctual. Comfortable performing repetitive hand movements and production tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be interested in a long-term/permanent position . Training Provided The company is willing to train the right candidate , so extensive sewing experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated to learn, and interested in staying with the company long-term.
Pay Starting Pay:
$17.50/hour Depending on the candidate's sewing and/or leatherworking experience , a higher starting wage may be available. Schedule Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Important Information Full-time, long-term opportunity Interview required before hiring Sewing experience preferred but willing to train Candidates with sewing, leather, upholstery, textile, or similar production experience are encouraged to apply. Must be dependable and committed to a long-term position.
Pay:
$17.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
