In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily production operations on the factory floor, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, uphold quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across the assembly line. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations on the manufacturing floor, coordinating activities across assembly lines to meet production goals. Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance and support to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained at all times. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and forklifts to facilitate assembly, material handling, and equipment setup or maintenance. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and work areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. Collaborate with quality control to identify issues early and implement corrective actions promptly. Maintain accurate production documentation, including shift reports, inventory logs, and safety records. Support warehouse activities by managing material flow, organizing supplies, and ensuring timely delivery of components to the assembly line. Qualifications Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with a strong understanding of assembly processes. Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely in a warehouse or factory setting. Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling procedures. Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high safety standards. Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail to identify issues quickly and implement solutions. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
