Utilize hand tools, power tools, and forklifts to facilitate assembly, material handling, and equipment setup or maintenance. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and work areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. Maintain accurate production documentation, including shift reports, inventory logs, and safety records. Qualifications Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with a strong understanding of assembly processes. Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely in a warehouse or factory setting. Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling procedures. Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high safety standards. Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail to identify issues quickly and implement solutions.
