As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the production and assembly department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

2nd Shift, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM (Training may be on 1st or 2nd shift based on business needs) What's the Job? Perform assembly and wiring of electromechanical products according to specifications Operate production tools and equipment safely and efficiently Process work orders, handle inventory, and materials Ensure all work meets quality standards and production schedules Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED equivalent Basic computer skills and ability to interpret blueprints and schematics Experience in manufacturing, assembly, wiring, or material handling preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation and commitment to safety standards What's in it for me?
