1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or similar hands-on environment.
Experience operating manufacturing/production equipment and following established procedures.
Ability to perform quality checks and inspect products for defects or inconsistencies.
Ability to identify and escalate equipment or product issues to a Lead or Supervisor.
Ability to work onsite during daytime hours and work overtime (OT) as needed.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to perform occasional bending, stooping, pushing/pulling, and moving products between work areas.
Must be comfortable wearing closed-toe shoes and working in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Experience
2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or a similar industrial environment.
Experience in regulated manufacturing or a quality-focused production environment.
Experience with equipment troubleshooting and basic manufacturing quality-control processes.
Previous experience working in a team-based production environment with daily productivity and quality goals.
Experience working with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety requirements.
