What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities): Implement standard manufacturing processes that are safe, efficient, and produce high-quality products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols. Perform risk assessments and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents and injuries. Support investigations into safety incidents and identify root causes to prevent recurrence. Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet customer requirements and industry standards. Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address deficiencies. Use data analysis tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Stay up-to-date with best practices and new technologies to identify opportunities for process improvements. Collaborate closely with corporate Safety and Quality Teams to ensure focus on organization priorities. Assist with product launches, product spec meetings, and best practice sharing across the network. Manage all quality related internal and external plant audits. Perform other duties as assigned.
