Non-Exemp Summary:
The Production Training Specialist is responsible for new branch production education training.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform Origination (LO, LOA, Processor) training across multiple channels (live, web-based, recorded) Source and/or develop content working with Production, Operations, Compliance and Cap Markets to ensure consistency in training/messaging within Origination Training Participate in the evaluation of current training methods and collateral available at APM Identify gaps and additional training needs to support Origination training

Page Break Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years' experience as LOA, Processor and/or Loan Origination, preferred Minimum of 2 years' experience of Encompass LOS Demonstrated experience in training, branch customer service or other related role where communications skills have been demonstrated
Skills :
Language Skills :
Ability to read and interpret documents and writes routine correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers/vendors or other employees.
Mathematical Skills :
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Reasoning Ability :
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situation.
Computer Skills :
Sound working knowledge of computer and office software operations and systems. Extensive knowledge of Encompass.
