Non-Exemp Summary:
The Production Training Specialist is responsible for new branch production education training.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform Origination (LO, LOA, Processor) training across multiple channels (live, web-based, recorded) Source and/or develop content working with Production, Operations, Compliance and Cap Markets to ensure consistency in training/messaging within Origination Training Participate in the evaluation of current training methods and collateral available at APM Identify gaps and additional training needs to support Origination trainingSupervisory Responsibilities:
