Production Associate SkySource Solutions Sacramento, CA $19.00/hour Temporary Project Assignment 1st Shift | On-Site Schedule Monday through Thursday 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM Assignment runs through December 31, 2026 Overtime may be available based on production needs Position Overview SkySource Solutions is seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates to join a high-volume manufacturing team in Sacramento, CA. This temporary project offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and being part of a team focused on quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Participate as a team member in a high-volume, light manufacturing environment Follow established production and quality procedures Maintain a clean and safe work area Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Support production goals and daily operational objectives Follow all company safety policies and procedures Perform additional warehouse and production duties as assigned Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience preferred Food and beverage industry experience is a plus Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) preferred High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Strong attendance, reliability, and teamwork skills Forklift certification is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For Dependable team players with a strong work ethic Individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment Safety-conscious professionals committed to quality work Candidates who can maintain productivity while meeting performance standards
