Production Operator I (Scanning Operator) Kelly Services is seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join a growing team as a Production Operator I (Scanning Operator) . If you enjoy working with technology, maintaining organized records, and being part of a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities Prepare and organize paper documents for scanning and electronic conversion. Scan, index, and process documents into electronic imaging systems. Verify document quality and ensure accuracy throughout the scanning process. Perform quality control checks on scanned images and data. Export and import files in various formats. Set up and maintain scanning projects. Troubleshoot equipment and resolve workflow issues. Maintain document tracking logs and records. Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and quality goals. Assist with additional operational tasks as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred. Data entry experience required. Large-format scanning experience is a plus. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to follow procedures, instructions, and quality standards. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility to work day or swing shifts as needed. Work Environment Office and production setting. Use of scanning equipment and standard office tools, including computers, printers, copiers, and scanners. Overtime may be available based on business needs. No travel required.
