Schedule & Training Shifts Available:
Day, Swing, and Graveyard.
Training Requirement:
Must be able to train on Day Shift for the first 30 days. Responsibilities The Production Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring food processing equipment to ensure the production of high-quality products while following strict safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Set up, operate, and monitor food processing machinery according to production requirements. Perform quality checks on products to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications. Record processing data accurately, including temperatures, times, and batch information. Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain product quality and processing efficiency. Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations. Identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to leadership. Maintain a clean and organized work area and participate in routine sanitation. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.
Qualifications Experience:
1-2 years in food manufacturing, food processing, or a similar environment preferred.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Certifications:
GMP Training and Food Safety Training preferred.
Technical Skills:
Machine operation, quality assurance, and basic troubleshooting.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety protocols.
Knowledge:
