This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and contribute to the production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring product quality, and following safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient production processes. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and health regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor. Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and performing minor repairs. Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. Ability to operate machinery and perform manual labor tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting. Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed. Willingness to work the 3rd shift schedule.

Pay:
