Production Assistant

We are hiring experienced Event Production Assistants (PA's) to support one of the premier SaaS events of the year. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and we're looking for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on their feet while supporting a large-scale event.

Key Responsibilities:

Registration:

Guest check-in, badge printing, troubleshooting attendee questions

Wayfinding:

Directing attendees, managing flow between sessions and activations

Production Support:

Assisting with general event operations and run-of-show needs

Swag Store:

Managing merchandise distribution, inventory, and attendee engagement

General Support:

Being a reliable, positive presence across all event touchpoints

Requirements:

Prior event experience preferred (registration, production, brand activations, etc.) Professional, polished, and personable demeanor Comfortable working long hours on your feet Ability to take direction and adapt quickly in a live event environment Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
