Leveraging cutting-edge "digital barcodes" combined with immuno- and molecular chemistry, the company has pioneered a bio-inspired Barcoded Magnetic Beads technology. Our ongoing pipeline includes advanced diagnostic solutions for bacterial and fungal pathogen detection, as well as antimicrobial resistance markers. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic production team. The manufacturing Associate role plays a key part in upstream & downstream processing operations while ensuring adherence to cGMP requirements and established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Manufacturing Associate will execute & support production activities, documentation, equipment preparation, and material coordination to help ensure the timely release of high-quality products. Responsibilities Manufacture barcoded magnetic beads (BMBs), immuno-chemistry and molecular reagents, in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) and research use only (RUO) products. Maintain accurate, real-time documentation in compliance with c
GMP, GDP
(Good Documentation Practices), regulatory requirements and safety regulations. Perform process optimization, validation, calibration, and stability studies. Perform production duties in manufacturing such as labeling and packaging. Monitor production for deviations, troubleshoot assays/equipment, and assist in process improvements. Maintain a high degree of safety awareness and a clean orderly work area. Execute cycle counting and physical inventory. Maintain production data entry in ERP system. Meets deadlines specified in overall project schedules. Qualifications BS in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, chemical engineering, or related scientific discipline (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years of experience in Biotech, Pharmaceutical, diagnostics or regulated manufacturing environment preferred. Experience working in
GMP, ISO
13485, or FDA-regulated environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with standard laboratory equipment (pipettes, centrifuges, balances, biosafety cabinets, plate readers, etc.) Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, and manufacturing documentation with strong attention to detail. Strong understanding of quality systems, documentation practices, and traceability requirements. Proficiency with basic computer systems and manufacturing software (ERP/MRP, Microsoft Office). Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with manufacturing, quality, and Supply Chain. Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
Pay:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
